When looking for a company to hire for all of your technical build-outs and deployments you’re going to want to know what’s included in a retainer or consultation fee and what your money is going to buy you.

As a business owner you know that your time is extremely expensive. Most of our time is spent sourcing the best deals for current clients, and answering inquiries over the phone with prospects. Time is the most expensive commodity on Earth and something we can never get back, so we do actually request a modest amount for ours. For smaller engagements like small office phone systems of ten or fewer people, we charge a $149 flat fee for sourcing out the best solution to suit your organization.

Even with smaller engagements, we work with over 200 voice providers and after doing a deep dive on your organization, we still need to comb through our quarterly deals that will serve your organization best. This requires hours of research and implementation on paper.

As the jobs become more labor intensive and require more precision and detail, it will be based on projected hours of work and every job is different. Monthly retainers are also available if your organization is going to need consistent consultation throughout the year for additional scaling, network implementations, or just ongoing support for any problems that arise.

Either way, you’re never under any obligation to buy before or after we start the process, the retainer is simply for our time in sourcing the best deal, nothing else.
